Evenii reviews the enquiry and confirms the building location, roof issue, urgency and whether photographs, access notes or procurement documents are needed.
Where a survey is required, Evenii agrees a suitable attendance route based on the building type, access position, safety requirements and site contact.
Where requested, Evenii provides a written condition report, estimate, remedial recommendation or maintenance discussion based on the survey findings.
Include the site address, building type, visible roof issue, approximate roof area where known, roof type, access restrictions and any time-sensitive operational issue.
Send photographs of the affected area, internal water ingress, visible external damage and any safe roof-level images already available. Do not access an unsafe roof to take photographs.
Send any existing drawings, previous survey reports, maintenance records, warranty documents, scaffold information or tender pack requirements.
